奉：捧。抱着头，象老鼠那样惊慌逃跑。形容受到打击后狼狈逃跑。

犹言杀一儆百。处死一个人，借以警戒许多人。

指及时行赏。

就：接近、走向。躲开有害的，接近有利的条件。

德音：善言；莫违：不要违背。别人的好话不要不听。

指邪妖之法不能压倒刚正之气。同“邪不犯正”。

《左传·闵公二年》：“冬十二月， 狄 人伐 衛 。 衛懿公 好鶴，鶴有乘軒者。將戰，國人受甲者皆曰，使鶴，鶴實有禄位，余焉能戰。”后遂以“老鶴乘軒”比喻滥厕禄位。 宋 王禹偁 《三黜赋》：“羝羊觸藩，老鶴乘軒，不我知者猶謂乎郎官貴而郡守尊也。”
